Day 1

I'm sure you have all heard of the 30 day challenge.. It's all over Facebook, twitter, Instagram!

It's a well known fact that I have no bottom. I get this from my dad.. My bum is completely flat.

So its easy to say I'm willing to give anything a go that will give me a booty!

The 30 day squat challenge is pretty much what it says on the tin. Day one you do 50 squats, then each day you increase by 5 squats. Every fourth day you have a rest. After the rest day you go up by 10 squats and so on.

So I thought I'd give it a go, after 50 squats I felt pretty good.. It wasn't too hard but I definitely felt something grow..My legs turned to jelly for about an hour afterwards!

As well as doing the 30 day squat challenge I will also be doing my own personal 30 day fresh challenge.

For those that know me.. I'm a bit of a grubby erchin.. By this I mean I have no makeup or cleansing routine..Which normally ends with me looking a bit of a mess pretty much all the time.

For Christmas my boss gave me a voucher for Kiehls, so I thought I would gave it a go! I bought myself the ultra facial cleanser and ultra facial moisturiser.

Believe it or not.. It's gonna be a challenge to use both these products twice a day. But I'm looking forward to seeing the results :)
